Since the founding of the Company a decade ago there has been a consistent commitment from a top down approach to customer service and implementation of state of the art agency management tools that mirror that of organizations with 50-100+ offices and doing 10-200x as much revenue as the present Company. The reporting modules and workflow within the platform enable individuals throughout the organization to excel in selling insurance online and over the phone as well as in person. From the initial point of contact (regardless of the nature) the focus has been and continues to be maximizing the customer experience while keeping an eye on profitability and the bottom line. Revenues are $863,260 commission and the balance is fee revenue from Broker fees, endorsements, MVR's and miscellaneous income. Focus has been primarily on the non standard automobile market, but they have some home & commercial and the operation is in the process of securing licensing for health and life insurance for additional cross sale opportunity within the book. Primary carriers include Stonewood, National General, Infinity, and a handful of other non standard markets and GA's wherever the risk can be placed economically.
