Small workshop area is all you need to manufacture the product, the Sellers are presently occupying about 4,000 square feet with half devoted to the manufacturing side and the other half to the distribution & small public facing retail side of things. Majority of sales of the manufactured device are via wholesale but the Company also does a brisk (typically cash) retail line of supplies (jars/chochkies, etc...) that keep them busy 9 months out of the year.
